I survived

Overall: The presentation is over, and I am satisfied. I can't recall much of my speech, I kind of blacked-out during it, but everybody said I did a good job, but really who would actually tell someone they didn't. But I'm so thankful that's over, and I'm excited to continue this study next semester and I'm really glad I chose to do this research project.

Nervous

Overall: I am not a public speaker; never have been. And I don't really know where that fear came from, I used to perform dance recitals and sing in front of the church. But I do know I talk funny and by funny I mean I have a southern accent to the point this girl could tell I was saying corn oil because she thought I had this chemical called "cornel" and absolutely no grammar background on how to talk. But God's going to be with me and I just have to trust and be brave and calm.
